APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

IMPORTANT NOTICE: YOGA NETWORK C.I.C. wishes to make the following statement to prospective members about the nature of membership subscriptions:-

Any communication, invitation, offer or inducement about membership of the European Yoga Network is likely to include financial promotion about an offer of shares in YOGA NETWORK C.I.C. - the world's first and only Yoga community interest network. Any offer may be made only to regular users of websites owned by YOGA NETWORK C.I.C., our existing customers, and our suppliers who have shown an interest in working together, for the benefit of the european Yoga community, as set out in the Official Declaration and our Memorandum of Association. Any such offer made is exempt from the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. All reasonable care has been taken to ensure that any financial promotion undertaken by YOGA NETWORK C.I.C. is fair, accurate and not misleading. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability, or otherwise of this investment for you, you should consult a person authorised within the UK to give advice on investing in Community Interest Companies, (or, if resident in an EEA State other than in the UK, a person regulated to carry on investment activities in that EEA State). In the event of any query about our promotions, or for more infomation then please contact us. If you are considering investing in the European Yoga Network then you should regard your subscription primarily as helping us to meet our various social, ethical, spiritual and cultural (non-financial) objectives and only secondarily, (if at all), as a financial investment. Membership is intended to be for the longer term and the precise financial benefits from your membership are likely to vary. It may be difficult to sell or realise your investment at any time, or to obtain up to date and reliable information about its value or the risks to which it is exposed. Remember, as a shareholder in the event of YOGA NETWORK C.I.C. being wound up you may not get all, or any of your investment returned to you. You might not get back the amount you paid. However, your full liability cannot extend beyond the money you have paid to us.
