The Company’s object is to carry on activities which benefit the community and in particular (without limitation) to maintain a diverse network of Yoga resources based on universal spiritual values - mutual respect, tolerance, co-operation, fairness and encouragement.

5 POWERS

The Company has the power to do anything which is incidental or conducive to the furtherance of its object.

6 LIMITED LIABILITY

The liability of the Members is limited.

7 SHARE CAPITAL

The Company’s share capital is £500,000 divided into 500,000 Ordinary Shares of £1 each.

We, the subscribers to this Memorandum, wish to form a Company pursuant to this Memorandum; and we agree to take the number of shares shown opposite our
